If you are not completely satisfied with your NETGEAR purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return and exchange policies below.

• NETGEAR.com purchases of new products, services and, memberships can be returned within 30 days. Refurbished products can be returned within 90 days.
• All returns must be done by mail and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
• Products must be returned in new or like-new condition and are subject to denial.
• Items bundled together as part of a promotion must be returned together. 
• If you did not purchase your merchandise from NETGEAR.com, we cannot process your return — please contact the seller for return information.
